Casino developers argued that without the parking operation, there would be no casino...Rock Gaming LLC is building a $400 million casino with Caesars Entertainment Corp...The plan clashed with preservationists who argued that the building, known as the largest reinforced concrete building in Ohio when it was built in 1909, should be saved...Designed by architect M.E. Wells. It has been the home to many different businesses over the years. The most recent tenant was David N. Myers University, who occupied the space from 1985 until a recent move.
