At Alexander Platz in East Berlin people are caught up in the fight between the German police and anarchists who demonstrated the reunification of East and West Germany nearly one year after the Berlin Wall was opened allowing East Germans to travel freely to the West. By October 1990 almost nothing remained of the wall.
