Nogales, Arizona.USA.October 20, 2006..Holes in the USA border fence cut by illegals entering the county are patched up by the border patrol all along the fence that extends from the port of entry near by. The city is divided between Nogales Mexico and Nogales USA. The fence extends for several miles in either direction off the port of entry - then there is little to stop people from crossing illegally. Nogales is flooded with Mexicans legal and illegal and is mostly a transit and shopping town.
