Nogales, Arizona.USA.October 20, 2006..Along the USA border fence the border patrol watches for illegals jumping over. The port of entry into the USA is near by. The city is divided between Nogales Mexico and Nogales USA. The fence extends for several miles in either direction off the port of entry - then there is little to stop people from crossing illegally. Nogales is flooded with Mexicans legal and illegal and is mostly a transit and shopping town.
