Loading USDA certified organic corn corn on to a train car from the Shrock farm. As an Amish family farm Victor Shrock and his sons Derek and Kendall farm 1,500 acres. They average 200 to 220 bushels an acres of certified organic feed corn as well an certified organic egg production which houses 15,000 chickens. They also raise grass feed beef that is not certified organic.
