New Orleans, Louisiana.USA.July 27, 2006..The lower ninth ward nearly one year after hurricane Katrina hit and the levees broke leaving 80% of the city flooded. Homes close to the levee break have been removed leaving only the concrete slabs and the trees. Yet many of the home still remain just as they were after the water receded one year ago..
