Tucson, Arizona.USA.March 16, 2007..At the Evergreen Cemetery Lori Kasson, the widow of Staff Sgt. Darrel D. Kasson, 43, of Florence, Arizona receives a hug from her 5 year old grand-daughter as she and (to her left) daughter Lisa Varnes (22), and (to her far right) Darrels mother, Sheron Jones, watch as his coffin is lowered into the ground. He died March 4 in Tikrit, Iraq, of wounds suffered when an improvised explosive device detonated near his vehicle at Bayji, Iraq. He was assigned to the 259th Security Forces Company, Phoenix.
