Harvesting corn on the USDA certified organic Shrock family farm. As an Amish family Victor Shrock and his sons Derek and Kendall farm 1,500 acres. They average 200 to 220 bushels an acres of certified organic feed corn as well as certified organic egg production which houses 15,000 chickens. They also raise grass feed beef that is not certified organic.
