Paris, France.November 15, 2007..A scuffle breaks out to board a rush hour train as tensions run high among commuters at Chatelet were trains were infrequent. French unions continue an open-ended strike in public transport (SNCF, RATP, ...), yet most workers at the EDF electricity and GDF gas utilities returned to work after taking action the previous day, in a major test for President Nicolas Sarkozy's reform plans.
