Former homeless Navy veteran 52 year old Raymond McGinnis (center) with his veteran, drinking buddy and former homeless friend Ray (left). Both had been homeless for many years. McGinnis served from 1977 to 1983 and was working as a landscaper when he was hit by a car and permanently injured his leg and subsequently lost his job. He has been in his HUD VASH house for 18 months.
