The Shrock farm is a USDA certified organic Amish family farm owned and run by Victor Shrock and his sons Derek and Kendall. The farm is 1,500 acres and averages 200 to 220 bushels an acres of certified organic feed corn as well as certified organic egg production which houses 15,000 chickens. They also raise grass feed beef that is not certified organic.
