Tucson, Arizona.USA.March 16, 2007..At the Evergreen Cemetery Lori Kasson, the widow of Staff Sgt. Darrel D. Kasson, 43, of Florence, Arizona receives a hug from her 5 year old grand-daughter as she and (to her left) daughter Lisa Varnes (22) watch as his coffin is lowered into the ground. He died March 4 in Tikrit, Iraq, of wounds suffered when an improvised explosive device detonated near his vehicle at Bayji, Iraq. He was assigned to the 259th Security Forces Company, Phoenix.
