Employees at SunFest Organic Farm, a multi-million dollar state of the art herb farm opened in 2012 pack plastic clamshells with herbs for shipping. Workers in this plant wear protected clothing, eye and hand protection and the herbs are cleaned with ultraviolet light in a vacuum sealed rom.

The farming is 65 acres with 7 of those acres protected by onsite weather station controlled green houses that open and close when necessary. The organic herbs are sold wholesale to Whole Foods, Publix, Walmart and others.
Farmer Joe Falco, formerly from Herb Time in California, designed the operation and it is backed by investor Cliff Rosen.
