US Border Patrol Agents Steven McPartland and Eric Evert (foreground) from the San Diego Sector, Special Operations Group, Air Mobile Unit are deployed along the US/ Mexican border for the evening. They are part of a special unit that air lifts to the mountains, east of San Diego. They operate primarily in hot spots were illegal immigrant are know to be crossings into the US.
Once they are deployed they set up in the mountains and watch for groups moving into the US. Their team of 11 agents, spread out along the mountain ridges and passes and quickly spot two Mexican smugglers on a mountain near by..
