The Brandenburg gate, a place where the Berlin wall once stood dividing the city and country between east and west. This place is now a united city with many people collected together to celebrate an open air space in a carnival like atmosphere. Shops, restaurants, office buildings, hotels, surround the gate of what once was a vacant and dangerous place to be. 20 years after the fall of the wall wealth, prosperity and peace exist in this place which has come to be known as one the most exciting cities in Europe.
