As anger toward financial institutions spread around the world "Occupy Wall Street" took their protest to New  York City's Times Square as the movement went global with demonstrations in major cities around the world. <br />

The protest, that began on September 17, is primarily  protesting against social and economic inequality, corporate greed, and the influence of corporate money and lobbyists on government, among other concerns.
